At Mane Stay Market, we prioritize the efficient and reliable delivery of our products to our customers. We offer shipping on all non-food products to any location within the continental United States. This ensures that our customers can enjoy a variety of items that complement their lifestyle and preferences.

It is important to note that, in compliance with Tennessee's Cottage Law, we are unable to sell our syrups or any other non-perishable food items outside of the state. This regulation is in place to ensure the safety and quality of food products, and we adhere strictly to these guidelines. As a result, our syrup offerings are currently limited to customers within Tennessee. However, we are actively exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities in the future, with the goal of providing our unique syrups to a broader audience.

For non-food products, we aim to process and ship orders promptly. Customers can expect their orders to be dispatched within a specified timeframe, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. We utilize reliable shipping carriers to ensure that products arrive in a timely manner and in excellent condition.

Shipping costs will vary based on the destination and the weight of the items being shipped. Customers will be informed of the shipping charges during the checkout process, allowing for transparency and informed decision-making. We recommend that customers review their shipping options carefully to select the most suitable method for their needs.

Delivery 

We offer Sunday delivery within 15 miles of East Memphis as long as it is within the State of Tennessee. The minimum order amount to qualify is $10. 

• Orders $10 - $20: Will have a delivery fee of $5
• Orders $20 - $50: Will have a delivery fee of $2
• Orders $50+: Will have a no delivery fee

If you order any print on demand item (as indicated on the product page), that item will not be included with the syrup delivery. All deliveries will be contactless and you will be notified when the delivery is complete. Information regarding timing and details will be texted to you. Please contact admin@manestaymarket.com with any questions. 

Pickup

Please use code PICKUP901 for free local pickup. Make sure to include your phone number and email so we can arrange a time on Sunday morning or night depending on delivery schedule. 

At Mane Stay Market, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our unique syrups, we have a specific return policy in place.

Please note that we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, we encourage you to reach out to us promptly.
